All my group members have disappeared. Is there a way to retrieve them?

Brian, I understand but I thought it's would be more helpful to interact with multiple users having the same issue. Someone may come across a solution and it would be shared also with me. By following multiple threads I think the chances to come across a fix increases. I don't think this hurts anyone but only increases awareness when a problem exists, especially when there is no feedback from Microsoft ...

I just chatted online with someone from tech support.  Apparently they are preparing a new platform for Microsoft Outlook.com and that is probably the reason for the problem.  (ugh)

Any way he is going to look into it and said to contact him again in 24 - 48 hours if there is no improvement.

Hi Deb, Thank you for the specific link to Microsoft support.  I found their system hard to use and didn't get anywhere with them, but at some point I will try again.

The code of conduct specify that you should only be replying to the thread starter not taking the thread off topic for your issue.  It further states that you should start your own thread (which you obviously have done).
