Organizing and accessing contact information in Outlook.com
My groups are still missing. How does one contact Microsoft support directly to report issues?
All my group members have disappeared. Is there a way to retrieve them?

I have a large email database. I have many groups which HAD specific members in them. All the individual names have disappeared from ALL of my groups. How can they be restored without starting over and entering them again?
