All my group members have disappeared. Is there a way to retrieve them?

I have a large email database. I have many groups which HAD specific members in them.  All the individual names have disappeared from ALL of my groups.  How can they be restored without starting over and entering them again?

    You talked to a rep? Is there a number I can call? Do I have to report my missing groups, or are they going to reappear by themselves eventually?

    I have just lost all my groups (over 10 of them) There is no difference whether I use Google Chrome or Internet Explorer.

    Please can someone from Microsoft give a definitive answer when this problem will be fixed or not. It is very frustrating to see that folks have had this problem since December and it is still happening randomly.

    Hoping for a better outcome soon.

    WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON!

    I RECREATED ALL MY CONTACT GROUPS - A PAINFUL PROCESS - AND THEY HAVE ALL DISAPPEARED AGAIN.

    THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS.

    CAN SOMEONE AT OUTLOOK HELP ME OR DO I NEED TO MOVE TO ANOTHER PLATFORM?

    So why dont they announce what is happening?  The folk who have laboriously recreated their groups only to see them disappear again would have been saved this work at least.  

    This is an appalling lack of respect for their customer base, and dreadful communication.  No wonder they are losing out to the likes of Google.
