All my group members have disappeared. Is there a way to retrieve them?

I have a large email database. I have many groups which HAD specific members in them.  All the individual names have disappeared from ALL of my groups.  How can they be restored without starting over and entering them again?

    Deb, I think it took mine about a week or less.  I didn't send any to a Group for a few days, so hard to tell exactly how long.

    After a few days, all my groups are now back.  All the folks who were in each group are where they should be.

    Well obviously it hasn't been resolved. I just noticed it yesterday. I hope that my groups will be restored. I really need them.

    This should have been resolved. I've seen others post that their groups have repopulated properly.
