Hello,

My Outlook 365 Scroll Down Bar Not Visible instead its showing black area and i can not scroll down, following is image for reference any advise?

Same problem. I find the easiest fix is to resize the preview pane, which redraws the scroll bar correctly. Just moving it a few pixels does it.

    I installed the office update & am now running Version1801 Build 9001.2171 for the last two weeks. I cannot reproduce the black bar any more so Issue RESOLVED for me. Thanks.

    I installed latest updates.

    Using Version 1802 (Build 9029.2167) the problem is solved - no more black scroll bars since 1 week.
