Outlook 365 Scroll Down Bar Not Visible (Black)

Hello,

My Outlook 365 Scroll Down Bar Not Visible instead its showing black area and i can not scroll down, following is image for reference any advise?

Same problem. I find the easiest fix is to resize the preview pane, which redraws the scroll bar correctly. Just moving it a few pixels does it.

    We are encountering the same issue. Myself and several others in our company who are on the monthly channel for testing encountered the issue once we upgraded Office 365 ProPlus to 1801 Build 9001.2138 64-bit Click to run. We even did the upgrade to .2144 but that was just for languages.

    We are using Windows 10 Enterprise Version 1709 (OS Build 16299.192).

    Lance,

    Thank you for the suggestion on disabling Add-Ins.  Had similar issue black scroll bar anytime I went to a outlook 365 folder other than inbox.  Disabled Microsoft Teams Add-In.  No more black scroll bar.

    Hi,

    I'm on the same version and i'm experiencing the same fault, this has only occurred since the update from to 2138 (and now 2144)

    I had this issue with the black bar in Outlook arise last week. I just found out what was causing it for me. I noticed the black bar would show up only after I went into Microsoft Teams. I went to Outlook Add-ins and disabled the Microsoft Teams Meeting Add-in. The black bar is gone now and has not come back. This may not work for everyone. Try turning off other add-in's in Outlook if you still have the black bar.
