Same problem. I find the easiest fix is to resize the preview pane, which redraws the scroll bar correctly. Just moving it a few pixels does it.
This solution only solves the problem temporarily, and then it occurs again. Are there any other more permanent fixes out there?
I have this issue too. It's been 2-3 weeks since it began.
Yes resizing the preview pane redraws it but it comes back again.
At this stage I wouldn't go down the path of reinstalling as none in the forum have confirmed that it fixed for them

the problem suddenly appeared today on my PC and my colleague got it few days ago. Dear M$, please fix it ASAP. My coworkers go mad with it :(
Same issue with multiple users uninstalled office, tried re-imaging computer but the issue is still present Running 1709 Win 10 with 2016 Click to run Office 64 bit on Monthly Channel.
