Hello,

My Outlook 365 Scroll Down Bar Not Visible instead its showing black area and i can not scroll down, following is image for reference any advise?

Same problem. I find the easiest fix is to resize the preview pane, which redraws the scroll bar correctly. Just moving it a few pixels does it.

i have version 16.0.9001.2080 monthly channel - as soon as i removed the teams add-in the issue was gone. i got the issue every time i switched folders

Today I have installed updates, my Outlook-Version is 16.0.9029.2054 32-bit.

The problem is still the same, black scroll bars.....

Hi Rehan,

i had the same Problem.

The black scrollbar disappears by clicking directly on the Mailbox above the inbox folder.

After that Outlook is working good. Only after a restart i had the same problem.

To fix this I changed the Outlook startfolder. Go to File -> Options -> Advanced -> Outlook start and exit -> Browse... -> Choose your Mailboxfolder -> Save.

Yes, this fixes the "evidence" of the problem but doesn't fix the underlying problem. Anyone have a permanent fix?
