Outlook 365 Scroll Down Bar Not Visible (Black)

Hello,

My Outlook 365 Scroll Down Bar Not Visible instead its showing black area and i can not scroll down, following is image for reference any advise?

Same problem. I find the easiest fix is to resize the preview pane, which redraws the scroll bar correctly. Just moving it a few pixels does it.

    I have three monitors, and I open  Outlook in the smallest. I started having the issue with the black bar or inverted "L" after reinstalling the application.

    My problem was solved by modifying DPI virtualization for Windows. In my case I selected a 150%,but you can select any that fit your needs.

    I can only get the scroll bar by moving the left to right bar to the extreme right and then cannot see the contact name

    The Outlook Team has developed a permanant fix for the issue and it will be available starting with builds 16.0.9209.1000 and higher.  That fix should be in production by early April.  To check what versions are available they are on this page, https://support.office.com/en-us/article/version-and-build-numbers-of-update-channel-releases-ae942449-1fca-4484-898b-a933ea23def7?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US.

    In the meantime you can workaround the issue by resizing the preview pane.  For example in the top right above the ribbon you can click the collapse and expand icons which will cause the scroll bar to redraw.  If it stays persistent then after collapsing drag a corner some to cause the redraw to happen.
