Outlook 365 Scroll Down Bar Not Visible (Black)

Hello,

My Outlook 365 Scroll Down Bar Not Visible instead its showing black area and i can not scroll down, following is image for reference any advise?

Same problem. I find the easiest fix is to resize the preview pane, which redraws the scroll bar correctly. Just moving it a few pixels does it.

    I also have this problem. Office 365 1711 8730.2127

    Please provide a fix. This is a drawling issue and as far as I can tell only affects Outlook.

    Windows 10 x64 1709, 16299.192
