Same problem. I find the easiest fix is to resize the preview pane, which redraws the scroll bar correctly. Just moving it a few pixels does it.

It is now more than 6 months later and users are still encountering this problem.   I rely on Microsoft Outlook nearly 24/7 to keep me in touch with international operations and I can't be "minimising and maximising" my client all day long (in fact minimizing and maximizing doesn't quite work for me, I have to proactively *resize* the window which is a bit more obnoxious).  Please do not close this issue as the workaround is a bit ridiculous in my humble opinion.

FYI, I tried disabling the Teams plug in and it did not resolve my issue.

Hi Wes, thanks for letting us know you are looking into this issue

I want to take this opportunity to let you know that we are not using the Teams plugin.

This is a clean Office 365 E3 install with no extras installed.

    many thanks

FYI - I continue to have this problem and have never had the MS Teams Add In.  While it might help to "fix" the problem for some, it is not the answer for all.
