Outlook 2016 for mac, email reply greys out screen

I am having an issue on Outlook for Mac ver. 15.26.1 running OS Sierra

When I have Outlook in "full screen" mode and an email opened in a window and hit "reply" the entire screen goes semi-grey and when I click anywhere on screen it gets rid of the grey but it minimizes the email window.  I can click on the minimized window to bring it back up and then it's fine, but it's seriously annoying and slows down my efficiency and productivity.  This only happens when I have the email opened in a window and hit "reply".  It does not happen when I just select the email from the inbox and hit reply from the tool bar.  Anyone else having this issue?

    It looks like there is something wrong with your autoupdate.  If you are on InsiderFast, you should have updates from 15.28 and now 15.29.  Your autoupdate configuration looks correct for InsiderFast. Since this autoupdate issue may be specific to you and not relevant to the thread topic, we need to work with you on one-on-one basis instead of trying to solve it in the forum.  If you are in Insider Fast, you should have a "Help" -> "Contact Support" menu item where you can request assistance.  I will also send you a private message (click on the "Messages" link at top right of the forum page) in case you do not have the "Contact Support" menu item (which also means your Outlook doesn't think you are in Insider Fast).

    Gents,

    I installed this morning the most recent update, which was offered to me. Now I am running Outlook 15.28 (161115) and the issue regarding "greyed out reply windows" is totally disappeared. It;s amazing but they/you fixed it :-) Thanks for that!!

    Finally I can go and reply all my 1387 emails which I received within this period and didn't want to answer out of principal.. Sigh... ;-)

    Good to hear that it works. In my case (I am on 161117) and it still fails with gray out windows in full screen mode for Outlook. Hope we can have it finally sorted out. Could be that it is some cache or temp file issue, but would be good to know what might be the reason.
