Outlook 2016 for mac, email reply greys out screen

Hi "collegue" apple office users,

I had the same problem, see also earlier threads. But it has been solved couple of months ago. I am running:

OS Sierra:10.12.3

outlook 2016: version 15.30 (170107).

It works actually fine. Allthough, this issue doesn't occur with me (anymore). If you don't run the same versions, I do advise you to upgrade to these versions. If then the issue still occurs, then it appears to be something else and I do wish you good luck solving this.

I am still having the below issue on Outlook for Mac ver. 15.32 running OS Sierra

When I have Outlook in "full screen" mode and an email opened in a window and hit "reply" the entire screen goes semi-grey and when I click anywhere on screen it gets rid of the grey but it minimizes the email window.  I can click on the minimized window to bring it back up and then it's fine, but it's seriously annoying and slows down my efficiency and productivity.  This only happens when I have the email opened in a window and hit "reply".  It does not happen when I just select the email from the inbox and hit reply from the tool bar.  Anyone else having this issue?

I have upgraded to 15.32 and I am still having this problem. Frustrating to say the least.
