Outlook 2016 for mac, email reply greys out screen

I am having an issue on Outlook for Mac ver. 15.26.1 running OS Sierra

When I have Outlook in "full screen" mode and an email opened in a window and hit "reply" the entire screen goes semi-grey and when I click anywhere on screen it gets rid of the grey but it minimizes the email window. I can click on the minimized window to bring it back up and then it's fine, but it's seriously annoying and slows down my efficiency and productivity. This only happens when I have the email opened in a window and hit "reply". It does not happen when I just select the email from the inbox and hit reply from the tool bar. Anyone else having this issue?

Hi Chhabra,

As John said above, the fix would be released in an upcoming update. Please be patient for the update to come out for you.

Hi all,

This has been reported on other forum threads. We have a fix for this now, and it should be in an upcoming update.
