Hello all,
Would appreciate your thoughts on the following situation:
I just installed the Outlook App on my Galaxy S5 phone (Android 6).
When I start it, I get prompted for an email address so I enter my work email (Office 365) and after a few seconds it looks like something comes up and then get dumped back to the "Get Started" screen with the most helpful error message in human history:
"An Error Occurred"
Wow! Where to begin?
I cannot make it past this screen to access any settings or options of any kind.
Guess what - the OWA app for Android works fine, but it doesn't have WEAR capability unlike the Outlook app.
Any suggestions/assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks,
Pete

I'm having the same issue.
Unfortunately, using the Outlook contact support option is not possible, as you cannot get to that section until you have logged into the app. Which is what's failing.

yes this works, you just need to go to accounts, uncheck auto-sync data and try. It worked for me.

Remove your credentials from Authenticator App and try again. This was the solution for me. Solved ;-)
