This is an old tread and my post is off-topic. But, I did want to give you credit for apologizing. People point out negatives but less often point out positives -- You could have edited the rude post or deleted it and said nothing,, but instead you left
it intact and corrected your tone by apologizing.
Everyone should be polite, customers too! And we are all Community members answering questions outside of a few Microsoft employees. Moderators don't get paid have no obligation to do anything. I wish there was some section in this community to let people
know that when we answer questions we aren't employees and don't get paid in anyway.
I hate spending time helping people just to get insulted and hammered with rude comments. Maybe I will add a request to create badge that says "community member" similar to Microsoft or Support Engineer.
On topic, adding a contact has nothing to do with the users local or language. The UX is made in context of the contact being added. I person in the US can add a contact for a person in Canada and that person could have a Yomi first name, right?
