Hi AlexOpon Baldrick 269,
Based on your posts, both of you are unable to delete your contacts. Allow to assist you in resolving the issue.
Please help us investigate it by providing the following information:
- Email account.
- Contacts that you're unable to delete on your end.
- Grant permission to access the account.
A. Permission to access account. To do so, visit the solution article below for more information.
(Note: If you grant us the permission to access your account, you won't
be able to sign in and should always check your alternate for the password reset link for your primary account.)
What
should I do before I grant access to my account to the support moderators?
B. Active alternate email address and Unique ID. We need to verify your account ownership by providing us your Unique Identifier. The
unique identifier (ID) is a 64-bit number that Microsoft assigns to you at registration. Microsoft stores your unique ID in a cookie on your computer.
To get the unique identifier, follow the steps below:
1.Go to
https://account.live.com.
2.Provide your password if asked.
3.Click Edit personal info.
4.Unique ID information is under Work location information.
Please post these details in the private message area I have for you. To view it, please sign in using a Microsoft account and click
Private Messages tab across All Replies.
If you have any questions and clarifications, please let us know.
Thank you.
