Unable to delete contacts.

I called Microsoft's 800 number for technical support and they say that the only support is Microsoft Community.

The Microsoft representative says that this is the only forum or place to get help.  Are there any Microsoft employees who can help me with my Hotmail/Outlook.com issue?

I am not able to delete contacts from my Hotmail/Outlook.com account.   (And, yes, I have cleared my cache, I've got the latest browser versions, the  issue is the same on multiple computers with various browsers.) 

Can ANYONE help me???????

    Hi Dan,

    We appreciate your efforts on trying the above steps. In the meantime, I suggest that you try to connect your facebook contacts again to your Outlook.com People page then disconnect it again.

    If the issue still persists after connecting and disconnecting your facebook contacts, let us know.

    Hi,

    We're sorry for the inconvenience. Are you trying to delete  a contact? Please be guided that the Deletecommand on People won't appear unless you select a contact. Please take note that deleting a Facebook contact  on your account is not possible. For added information please refer to JMH3143. MS - MVP and RuthHarris's post.
