How to change subscribed calendar refresh interval

No, actually you don't know where I am coming from.  I am looking for one, just one, user of this site, that provided you the information you asked for and came back to report their problem was fixed.  Actually, I would be pleased to see some response, any response, after the information is provided.  Look back at this thread, and the dozens of others on this topic.  There is absolutely no communication after the private link is set up.  If I'm wrong, please point it out.  I've been following these threads for almost two years.   I don't think I am.

So what are you people doing?

Since I can't live with subscribed calendar that doesn't refresh I do it manually every day.

On top of it Outlook.com's calendar cache's the calendar URL and does not refresh even when I unsubscribe and subscribe again.

This behaviour forces me to reset URL's of my subscribed private calendars every day so it refreshes in Outlook.com's calendar.

The point of all this is:

Since your reaction came so late, all the information I gave you in private message is now completly useless, because URL of subscribed calendar I is now reset and the one you have probably does not exist anymore.

Now it's even worse now.  I just tried removing my old Yahoo subscribed calendar from my Outlook dot com, logged into Yahoo, tried to 'share' Yahoo calendar by pasting the URL I got from Yahoo, into Outlook dot com calendar subscription, but am getting the error: "There's a problem with the calendar URL that you entered. Please make sure you've entered it correctly and try again."  I tried using both the Yahoo iCal address, as well as the Web Address link, even trying refreshing both types, to get new, fresh addresses from Yahoo, but both types to no avail, please advise.  Regards.
