A quick search will show you that this has been an issue for years.  I gave up long ago.   no one that has provided the requested information (including me, twice) has ever come back to post that the issue has been fixed.  It's never been clear to me whether the mods have been good hearted, just uninformed, or actually evil.

My guess is that MS has all their eggs in the Exchange basket.

    Hello

I gave all the requested answers in private message.

It still did not refresh (from May 20, that's 10 days now)

Any news? When will I hear from you?

    Thanks
