How to change subscribed calendar refresh interval

Time marches on, the thread is now around 3 years old, my typical .ics calendar subscription is now more than a month out of date, and deleting/recreating the subscription only updates the "last refreshed" date. The content is still old.

How much worse will the service get when they force everybody onto O365's back end? How much of this is due to the war of proprietary (****) technologies between Apple, Google and M$FT?

Yup, 2015 and this is still happening. Added an iCal subscription to a Google Calendar and it's now 12 hours behind.

When will this be fixed?

Very confused about your reply to the feedback I provided.  You're suggesting I provide feedback.

Again, 7 pages of feedback are available.  There isn't even a hint that this reply had anything to do with my post with feedback and a request for help.  I will just assume there is not time for addressing this with a more thoughtful response to the feedback.
