Organizing and accessing contact information in Outlook.com
Thanks for this
I just removed the exchange account and reinstated it
Used to work but I suspect when you change password on pc, the Android device is no longer synced

Hi,
I've been having a problem with Exchange ActiveSync on my Android phone. Calendar and E-mails sync fine without any problems. However, my contacts won't sync properly. My contacts sync the first time I set up my account on my phone using Exchange ActiveSync but afterwards if I make any changes or add new contacts on my phone then it won't sync to Outlook.com. The same situation arises if I modify or create a new contact on the web at Outlook.com; I don't see these changes being synced to my phone. 2-way syncing is not working for my contacts.
I have removed and re-added my Outlook account on my phone multiple times but the problem persists. I am using a Nexus 4, running the latest version of Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1
Can you please fix this?? It is extremely annoying and inconvenient. I don't want to use the Hotmail or Outlook apps since they are very limited in functionality and a big battery drain on the phone.
Thanks.

I wish this worked for me but I still can only sync Email. Contacts don't work. If i create a new contact on the phone itself, it appears on people.live.com though.
Can you guys take a look at my account and see if there is something you can do?
Hi.
I have recently experienced the same issue. I was busy using my calender and then suddenly all info, appointments, meetings disappeared
I also discovered that my contacts on my phone also disappeared, not all only the ones saved with Microsoft exchange
Please help

Hi. Did u get a solution to this ?
Once in a while someone gets a response of "Our support specialists made an adjustment to your account, try it now", but no one ever gets an actual answer or a description of why it went wrong and how to solve it in less than 6 months next time. My guess is that ActiveSync on the server side is getting corrupted and they have to reset it so that everything downloads again.
