Exchange ActiveSync won't sync contacts on Android

Hi,

I've been having a problem with Exchange ActiveSync on my Android phone. Calendar and E-mails sync fine without any problems. However, my contacts won't sync properly. My contacts sync the first time I set up my account on my phone using Exchange ActiveSync but afterwards if I make any changes or add new contacts on my phone then it won't sync to Outlook.com. The same situation arises if I modify or create a new contact on the web at Outlook.com; I don't see these changes being synced to my phone. 2-way syncing is not working for my contacts.

I have removed and re-added my Outlook account on my phone multiple times but the problem persists. I am using a Nexus 4, running the latest version of Android Jelly Bean 4.2.1

Can you please fix this?? It is extremely annoying and inconvenient. I don't want to use the Hotmail or Outlook apps since they are very limited in functionality and a big battery drain on the phone.

    In addition to that, please grant us permission to access your account to facilitate with the investigation of our Support Specialists. But read first the article below before doing so:

    What should I do before I grant access to my account to the support moderators?

    Should you decide to give us permission to access your account, then include the following text in your message:

    "I grant you my permission to access my Microsoft account."

    Please also provide the account's PUID (Personal Unique ID) and alternate email address. Refer to****the private message I've sent you for the steps to get the PUID. Just ensure that you are signed in to this website to see the private message notification link.

    I understand your frustration regarding the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. For us to further investigate the problem, please provide three sample contacts that you cannot sync on your mobile device. Don't worry about them being posted here - they're masked automatically by the system for security purposes. Only you and the moderators can see them.

    I don't know what you guys did but you made it worse! I now only see 5 contacts synced instead of all of them. Oh and by the way, 2-way syncing still doesn't work. I don't understand what you are doing. You are crippling my e-mail. Can you please fix this? It is extremely frustrating.
