FACEBOOK CHAT NOT WORKING

hi,

i am unable to use facebook chat on live messenger neither on PC nor WP7. 

In PC, i am getting all facebook updates but facebook chat isn't working. facebook chat is always OFF even when I click on "ON" (in new version ie. outlook.com)

On WP7, non of my friends appear online.

I am facing this problem from last 2 months. I have done all things, remove and add FB account many times but nothing happened. please help

    Are you guys really working on my issue?

    Why the **** its taking this much time to resolve the issue? Is Microsoft really interested in solving customer troubles?

    Really ridiculous that even after these many days, my issue is not resolved.

    Just tell to me if you are not able to solve this issue. I'll be glad to put up this Thread everywhere and appreciate your truly insincere efforts to the world.

    Totally pissed off as my Windows Phone and Windows 8 - both are of no use because of issue on Microsoft behalf.

    Result - None.

    You know what, I've developed apps for Windows Phone and Windows 8. I WAS thinking to build an app using live services even.

    But seeing the way Microsoft Answers is functioning, I've stopped thinking to create app using Live Services.

    I firmly believe that its time for Microsoft to accept that they are not friendly to developers and / or customers.

    I'll keep posting here until I get my response. If you have any guts left, update me on the status.
