FACEBOOK CHAT NOT WORKING

hi,

i am unable to use facebook chat on live messenger neither on PC nor WP7. 

In PC, i am getting all facebook updates but facebook chat isn't working. facebook chat is always OFF even when I click on "ON" (in new version ie. outlook.com)

On WP7, non of my friends appear online.

I am facing this problem from last 2 months. I have done all things, remove and add FB account many times but nothing happened. please help

    Hi,

    To further assist you, could you provide us your PUID and alternate email address?

    I would like you also to reset your password of your Facebook account and  reconnect it on your Windows Live acct.

    I've already provided you my details twice. Can you please check the private messages area for that?

    For Facebook part, I've already done that. Steps I followed that still didn't resolved my problem:

    1. Logged on to profile.live.com
    2. Removed Facebook connection completely
    3. Logged out from live.com site
    4. Went to facebook.com and changed password
    5. Logged out from facebook.com
    6. Logged on to profile.live.com
    7. Added Facebook profile
    8. Waited for two hours to see if anything good happens. but... it was again the same old story - Facebook chat is still not working.

    I need solution rather than answering same question again and again. I hope you are getting my point and understanding the frustration I've right now over live services.

    i have contacted them, but they said that contact MS as FB chat is working fine. My issue is that it is not working on my WP device, live ID :/

    Simon and all Moderators,

    can you guys please update me on whats going on? how long do i need to wait for facebook chat to be working on? its really troubling me and am not happy the way you guys are dealing the issue.
