I thought that private message would have some kind of issue resolution - but again disappointed. 

Abegail - I even looked at your profile and it seems you are pretty new to the forums. So instead of going to senior level chain, it seems that issue is moving towards junior level chain.

Bottom Line: I WANT RESOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM.

Am really disappointed. You should have read my messages earlier. I've already followed the steps you have told me and I've already made it clear - its not making any good.

Secondly, the link provided by you is NOT WORKING. Am on chrome Browser.

Thirdly - my repeated question - Are you guys really serious in solving my query? Am not seeing any serious efforts from your side to solve my query. That's really bad - very very bad.
