FACEBOOK CHAT NOT WORKING

hi,

i am unable to use facebook chat on live messenger neither on PC nor WP7.

In PC, i am getting all facebook updates but facebook chat isn't working. facebook chat is always OFF even when I click on "ON" (in new version ie. outlook.com)

On WP7, non of my friends appear online.

I am facing this problem from last 2 months. I have done all things, remove and add FB account many times but nothing happened. please help

Am really disappointed. You should have read my messages earlier. I've already followed the steps you have told me and I've already made it clear - its not making any good.

Secondly, the link provided by you is NOT WORKING. Am on chrome Browser.

Thirdly - my repeated question - Are you guys really serious in solving my query? Am not seeing any serious efforts from your side to solve my query. That's really bad - very very bad.
