FACEBOOK CHAT NOT WORKING

hi,

i am unable to use facebook chat on live messenger neither on PC nor WP7. 

In PC, i am getting all facebook updates but facebook chat isn't working. facebook chat is always OFF even when I click on "ON" (in new version ie. outlook.com)

On WP7, non of my friends appear online.

I am facing this problem from last 2 months. I have done all things, remove and add FB account many times but nothing happened. please help

    Is integrated Facebook not a touted feature of Windows Phone? A unique selling point even? Why exactly is it not being delivered? Had my phone for a while before it just randomly stopped working. Not working on the Windows 8 Messaging app either. C'mon people. Just to clarify: I have tried every thing. Everything. Literally. Everything. I hope someone understands the gravity of the word before making yet another suggestion. Because I have given up on taking an active push to get this fixed. Ideally, a refund should be on the cards. I paid for the OS and the features on my phone. I paid for them to work.
