The only way to fix this is to reboot outlook. I end up doing this 10 time a day. Is there any fix?

Here is what I did and haven't had any problems for around a month. Originally my account was migrated from Office 2011. So I went into Outlook 15 and deleted my exchange account. I then readded it fresh and let it do a sync from scratch. Once I did that, I haven't had any sync issues.

As with everything else in this thread, YMMV.

Please use the Smile feature to alert Microsoft to this problem. This is a user-to-user forum. Microsoft may not realize they have a problem that needs fixing. Each person affected should send in a report so that Microsoft realizes it's not a problem that affects just one or two Macs.

I completely deleted my exchange account and then un installed Outlook 365. Re downloaded the latest version and re synced.

So far so good. Incoming Mails to OWA show up in my Mac Outlook client within 2 - 3 minutes.

Jim Gordon - What Smile feature :-)? I cannot find it. I did feedback on the feedback link.

I tried this with 15.3 and it didn't work but with 15.4 seems to be working. At least for 24 hours so far.  We will see.

I noticed there was a problem with the date on the mac. Keeps changing to the previous or next day. Randomly changing. I believe the system time interferes with the sync. I fixed the time and the sync hanging stopped after restarting the application.

    Hope this helps.
