Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments
The solution I posted on July 7th continues to work for me. Has anyone else tried that?

The only way to fix this is to reboot outlook. I end up doing this 10 time a day. Is there any fix?

I can confirm that. It seems to be the same Sync issue with the new Outlook version. Sadly.

For my understanding you are using Outlook 2011 and not the new Outlook 15.x
We should stick to the version mentioned in the title of the thread (15.3).
Unfortunately I have exactly the same experience - Uninstalled 15.3, installed 15.4 exactly the same problem - Sync pending, and looking in Activity Monitor Outlook process sits at around 160% CPU, therefore MacBook gets extremely hot... Common guys this has been going on for far too long now, sort it out.
