Using older versions of Outlook for Mac in business environments
I'm experiencing the same problem. Didn't seem to happen until the last few days, but now I can't fix it unless I quit and restart Outlook.

The only way to fix this is to reboot outlook. I end up doing this 10 time a day. Is there any fix?

Perhaps they fixed the sync problem and now have an AutoUpdate problem ;-)
Is there a way to update to the new version without uninstalling?
Well, Outlook broke again :(
But the good news are... Outlook is updated! New version is 15.4 (141114).
It does not get updated automatically, but by uninstalling and then downloading a new copy from Office365 portal one could get the new version.
Hopefully this bug is squished.
My Outlook 15 is still working after complete reinstall. So if you haven't tried it already, maybe it will help you too.
