Still getting emails from blocked sender

I keep getting spam emails from the same senders even though I've already blocked their domains, as well as all of the other email addresses/domains that were found in the message sources.

  • WHY am I still receiving messages from domains that are blocked??
  • Why is there no option to simply block a sender's I.P. address?

All of the spam I receive comes from the same 3 or 4 I.P. addresses, but they have tons of domains at their disposal to spam people with.

I don't want to resort to creating a new 'rule' every time these idiots come up with a new domain to send their spam from. So before you suggest that I create a new rule for each and every one of these email addresses, my response to that is NO. I shouldn't have to. Aside from the fact that doing such a thing would be far too time-consuming, when I block someone, I expect my email provider to perform that function properly and without fail.

I'm using the most recent version...Outlook Mail..on my home pc (USING FOXFIRE) and a Kindle Fire..If you look at all my posts and replies, You'll see I've been sent links to all the standard trouble shooting and viewed all the standard articles that apply..My problem and a whole lot of other peoples' is that fairly recently our junk mail folders have been flooded with obviously fake emails or spam or spoofs..We feel that outlook should do some changes so these obviously fake/spam/phishing/spoofing...time-wasting emails NEVER MAKE IT TO OUR ACCOUNT..NOT EVEN THE JUNK FOLDER...We have to review all these emails in the junk folder  to make sure a legitimate one doesn't get deleted.(I had 41 yesterday morning and hidden in that mess was 1 legitimate one that I had to move to inbox because I have the filter set to exclusive.....block button and sweep won't work  either. A "spoofer" using my address as sender or an address  with <"<.....>"> ......trigger "invalid address" when you try to block it....Also receiving a lot of mails that have obviously weird Fonts...the characters look foreign....Russian or something.I have set several "rules"..but they help very little..All the unhappy microsoft outlook members are strongly considering moving to gmail or in my case frontier mail (yahoo mail)...I don't get all this worthless..possibly dangerous stuff in the yahoo mail act. I got 31 more in my junk file this morning..

PLEASE DO SOMETHING SO WE WON'T HAVE TO LEAVE OUTLOOK/HOTMAIL!!!!!!!

I just wasted almost an hour again dealing with this issue. It has become a daily ritual unfortunately...and I still haven't looked thru the junk file
