I keep getting spam emails from the same senders even though I've already blocked their domains, as well as all of the other email addresses/domains that were found in the message sources.
All of the spam I receive comes from the same 3 or 4 I.P. addresses, but they have tons of domains at their disposal to spam people with.
I don't want to resort to creating a new 'rule' every time these idiots come up with a new domain to send their spam from. So before you suggest that I create a new rule for each and every one of these email addresses, my response to that is NO. I shouldn't have to. Aside from the fact that doing such a thing would be far too time-consuming, when I block someone, I expect my email provider to perform that function properly and without fail.

Why don't YOU try setting up a rule or two?
Another thing that you DON'T understand is that NOBODY deletes your emails, good, bad or from the Twilight Zone, unless you create a rule that says it is to be go to the trash...and even then you can retrieve it should you find it might be legit.
Antivirus/anti-malware programs can quarantine it so that you can check it out without harm. But I do believe the problem can and SHOULD be taken care of on your end.
Don't wanna listen, content to throw a fit over it and be miserable? FINE.

If somebody WORKS FOR MICROSOFT it will be shown in their ID. The rest of us are volunteers, peers, other people like you trying to help if we can.
Let me ask you an obvious question? Do you honestly believe 'they' like making your life a living **** and then why are you taking that?
I've heard it so much that I'm leaving you guys to your devices on this. It's nonsense. Use your head and a search engine to figure it out. On top of that you are adding to a thread started 4-5 YEARS AGO when this webmail didn't even exist as currently found. Windows 10 didn't exist, people were upset about Metro and how to get a start menu back in Windows 8.
Get a grip and use your head. I have a higher functional form of AUTISM and I can still figure out things if I think about it hard or look it up for clues.
Imagine what you can do with a full mind.

Is Microsoft paying you?....I have NO MAIL imported from other accts...Have forwarded zillions of obviously bad mails, ALONG WITH THE MESSAGE SOURCE TO abuse at outlook dot com..have made rules which should apply to junk mail folder too, but I was told they only apply to mails routed to inbox( dumb !!!!!!!!) have blocked a cazillion domains and email addresses..have sent hundreds of examples of obviously bad mail..(weird font..weird address format <"?<..... ) with the actual message source included to "help".NO HELP RECEIVED..I (and 100s if not 1000s of other loyal outlook (hotmail) loyalists don't want to have to sift thru hundreds of bad mails to look for the good ones that have been routed there because they are new contacts or not on my safe list yet(I've added hundreds to the safe senders list.
I'm using the most current version of everything..
I DON'T SIGN UP FOR "EVERYTHING"..I sign up for almost nothing..just what I have to..so I'm not giving my email address to anyone unless I absolutely have to..
Microsoft could put in effect rules themselves to not just block.(.which sends the mail to junk.).but DELETE the obviously bad mails before they reach everyone's accounts.
Here are some things I have been figuring out from reading all the thread and posts about this topic.
It's not so hard to tell if email that looks like somebody you know actually is and you will even find messages that look like they are from YOU now and then...see that.
Have you ever REALLY blocked yourself??? Come on.
Why do people still insist on using their office suites to handle email to large lists anyway? You may find you have some really, really unsafe if not atrociously old, insecure and out of touch habits and don't know how to handle your communications assets well.
And stop signing up for everything without vetting it or considering how it affects you. You are not internet virgins anymore, it's almost 25 years since then.
If you need to kill some email addresses, do it. They aren't your children.
