Still getting emails from blocked sender

I keep getting spam emails from the same senders even though I've already blocked their domains, as well as all of the other email addresses/domains that were found in the message sources.

  • WHY am I still receiving messages from domains that are blocked??
  • Why is there no option to simply block a sender's I.P. address?

All of the spam I receive comes from the same 3 or 4 I.P. addresses, but they have tons of domains at their disposal to spam people with.

I don't want to resort to creating a new 'rule' every time these idiots come up with a new domain to send their spam from. So before you suggest that I create a new rule for each and every one of these email addresses, my response to that is NO. I shouldn't have to. Aside from the fact that doing such a thing would be far too time-consuming, when I block someone, I expect my email provider to perform that function properly and without fail.

I keep reading the replies from Microsoft-We are sorry for this inconvenience- Well it appears there are a lot of people you need to apologise to. However apologies are not good enough. I like others spend time clearing this trash which re appears regularly.

Instead of apologies...please fix it! so that hat when you say "Block sender" it is truly blocked! Now that is not too much to ask is it?

I am so sick and tired of blocking senders of junk mail and it just keeps coming back. It has come to the point where it is almost a part-time job monitoring my outlook email account and I am not being financially compensated for it. Microsoft should hang it's head in the deepest shame for allowing and application like this to be released live to it's users with so many problems and issues attached to it. Whatever happened to detailed quality assurance testing prior to being released into production...? Microsoft being the supposed world leader in software development fell extrememly short here on this outlook.com application. If I ever had the chance to meet Mr. Bill Gates, I would tell him to have him get his corporation in complete professional order. Both thumbs down to outlook.com...! Also, I love seeing the error message all the time on outlook.com "Something happened on our end please refresh to continue". Give me a real break...!

I don't EVEN WANT THEM IN THE JUNK FOLDER.  I keep sending them to the spam center and set rules and still get this spam.  I WANT IT TO STOP.  The "block" sender does not work either....please get this to stop.  Thanks
