Still getting emails from blocked sender

I keep getting spam emails from the same senders even though I've already blocked their domains, as well as all of the other email addresses/domains that were found in the message sources.

  • WHY am I still receiving messages from domains that are blocked??
  • Why is there no option to simply block a sender's I.P. address?

All of the spam I receive comes from the same 3 or 4 I.P. addresses, but they have tons of domains at their disposal to spam people with.

I don't want to resort to creating a new 'rule' every time these idiots come up with a new domain to send their spam from. So before you suggest that I create a new rule for each and every one of these email addresses, my response to that is NO. I shouldn't have to. Aside from the fact that doing such a thing would be far too time-consuming, when I block someone, I expect my email provider to perform that function properly and without fail.

If the messages arrive in the Junk folder, that's where they belong. Ignore them. If they arrive in the Inbox, then try adding them to the blocked sender list manually, perhaps by domain instead of exact address. You also could try creating a rule that looks for a string in the From address, the subject, or the body, if there are any strings that have some commonality.

Nothing has changed at all. Every single time I block a sender the same email still keeps coming back into my junk email folder so obviously the blocking feature does not work at all and needs to be revisited for sure as again it is not working at all. The same applies to the blocked senders as their emails are coming right back into my inbox as well. There has to be a way to prevent this from happening as when you block something it should not back at all anywhere. Please advise...

Are the messages arriving in the Inbox or the Junk folder? If the latter, everything is working as designed. Ignore the Junk folder.
