By reading your post your question is about adding new contacts to your MAIN contact list, not your Group contat list.
Is that right ?

Please read above mention.
Mr Samuel.williams2835, I have never sent any request to upgrade new name in contact list. But your explanation how to add new contacts is very useful.
Hi Infonut,
We apologize if we are not able to respond in a timely manner. There is actually way to add a newly emailed recipients.
Once you have successfully sent an email to a new contact, a prompt would ask you if you want to add them in your contacts list. The prompt can be found at the bottom part of the page and it would normally say “Keep in touch. Some of the folks you just emailed aren't contacts yet. Do you want to add them?” You can just click the “Add contacts” button.
If you have further questions, please don’t hesitate to post back.
Regards,
Johayber T.
I am not getting the prompt "Add contacts". Why can't you just add a button in our contact list that says add contacts like before? This is alot of trouble to go thru to add someone or even edit.
