how do I add new contacts to the list in Outlook?

I have recently been upgraded to Outlook from Hotmail. I have sent an email to a new contact and I want to add them to my contacts list. In Hotmail I just needed to click on 'add to contacts' but Outlook does not appear tp have this facility. Can anybody help?

This EXACTLY mirrors my experiences when upgraded to the-so-much- hyped marvels of WINDOWS 10.

UTTER RUBBISH !! Give me Good old Windows 7.

All I want is a SIMPLE COMPUTER to enable me to keep in touch with my friends and 'search' the Internet, NOT a High Tech machine that could probably tie my shoe laces IF I WAS CLEVER ENOUGH TO PROGRMME

IT. If someone would market such a straightforward thing, they would make fortune.

Even when I 'ASK CORTANA' she can't give me a straightforward answer. (I haven't heard any of her jokes yet. Windows 10 is probably the biggest one !!!!}

what if the arrow does not appear while hovering over the "Outlook" in the upper lefthand corner?
