You don't have to include that someone to your contact list in order to email him/her.

You can just simply type the address into the To box.

If you do want to add that person to your contact list...............

To access your main contact list:

Open outlook.com > top left next to the logo Outlook, there is a down arrow > click the arrow > click People > All your contacts are now listed on the left. Scroll down to see each contact.

How to add a new contact to your Contact List :

at the same People window , toolbar at top, click New > fill in the required info > click Save when done > the new contact is now included in your contact list.

    Hi Maggy,

Thank you for replying us & sorry for the delay in response.

Please share the below information to help you better.

    1. When you login to your account, does it appear Outlook.com or Outlook Mail?

Did you follow the suggestions provided by the ¡Firedog replied on January 18, 2016.

Awaiting for your response so that we can proceed with further steps.

    Thank you.

Why should it be so difficult to find in the first place?

    This is not the answer.

Where did my Hotmail list of contacts and saved mail go and how do I get it back,

If I have to use Outlook so be it but I need help, I am not any kind of wizzzzzzzzzzz like you.

You arbitrary dump of my email and install Outlook.

It  is unfair to all of your clients.

If Outlook is so much better why not try to convince your clients of its advantage?

AND you expect me to remember all of my contacts - are you serious saying to just add a name/contact (email) or use a name /contact to send mail - where is my list, not in my memory, in yours?????

I want all of my contacts' names and email addresses replaced into your OUTLOOK,

    Assume you can do this.

    Please reply - n matich
