I've lost ALL of my contacts in Outlook.

Just noticed a day or so ago that I've lost all of my contacts/People in Outlook (I did not physically deleted them by mistake).  The Help window says to go to the People page, then in the menu bar click Manage, then click Restore Deleted Contacts.  Unfortunately, when I go into the People page, there is no MENU bar - nothing (except the funny wheel which directs me to the Help page).

    I have done EXACTLY as you said, even putting my complaint on the "new forum" because you guys told me THIS THREAD was be DISCONNECTED and DISCONTINUED!.  REALLY? Seems to still be here.  And I am being completely ignored now on BOTH forums!!!

    This is unconscienable!  Fix the problem NOW!  I'm going to the FCC, or whichever regulating body you answer to, next.  Cutting and pasting everything here and sending it on.  I'm tired of being lied to, run in circles and having my case handled by apparently completely incompetent ......!  (Yes, see how many times you asked me to do what I had JUST DONE!  That's incompetence!)  FIX THE PROBLEM AND ANSWER BACK TO ME ASAP!!!!  This is beyond unprofessional!

    Oh, and there IS NO WAY TO RESPOND TO OR ASK QUESTIONS on the OTHER page!!!  So answer HERE!! In a private message if you wish, but someone ANSWER ME!! It's been FOUR MORE DAYS!  UGH!!

    This is the most garbage I have ever heard. So why don't you say that your system has deleted all of my contacts. You keep saying that there are no contacts to recover, isn't that the whole reason I have posted in this thread? Really? I mean if you see my sent folder there is no way that it has been more than 30 days since so it should be able to be recovered unless your system has an error and you try to blame it and hide behind some poor attempt. It takes days and days to get people to actually fix an issue that is on your end. Are you telling me that an email account I have had for many years never had contacts in it? Even though I accessed it the day before I first posted on this thread?

    The previous person Kent said the following "We will ask for another 3 sample email address for references. Once the 3 sample email address you've provided match to our resources we will recover your deleted email address." now all of a sudden they cannot be recovered. You just keep passing off the issue to another person and hope to waste 30 days of people's time to then say oh well it's really been 30 days so we can't help you.

    How is it when there are other options for people that you don't value your users, you just send us all in some great big circle of double talk and just hope that we get so frustrated with the lack of actual help that we just give up. You realize that if enough people give up then they will be looking to your competition to fill their needs.

    RESOLVE THIS ISSUE IT HASN'T BEEN 30 DAYS!!! SEPTEMBER 12TH THE CONTACTS DISAPPEARED IT IS ONLY THE 17TH, THAT IS NOT 30 DAYS!

    Worst help in the world 5 different people private messaging me all refusing to fix their own issue.
