I've lost ALL of my contacts in Outlook.

Just noticed a day or so ago that I've lost all of my contacts/People in Outlook (I did not physically deleted them by mistake).  The Help window says to go to the People page, then in the menu bar click Manage, then click Restore Deleted Contacts.  Unfortunately, when I go into the People page, there is no MENU bar - nothing (except the funny wheel which directs me to the Help page).

    It's been two days with no response from your team. What kind of horrible nightmare service is this? Your system deleted my entire contact list. I am unable to send any emails business or personal. I want this problem resolved. I see that you are responding to other posts yet ignoring mine for two days. This is unacceptable when you're system created an issue and you're not being helpful or prompt with answers and restoring them. It's very disappointing. 

    I responded to your private message and answered your questions and two days have passed!!! Really???

    I would just like to clarify, when you say "Outlook email", are you referring to Outlook.com that is accessed via a web browser or are you experiencing the issue on Office Outlook mail client?

    So I get prompted in my email that there is a private message for me and lo and behold there is none to be found. Figures. Thats why I am the boss.

    If you get the same result, we suggest that you answer the following questions below for further investigation:

    • Does the issue happen when using a different computer?
    • Do other Outlook.com accounts encounter the same issue when using your computer?
    • Does the same thing happen when you access your account from the same computer with a different browser?
    • Are you accessing your account via webmail (Outlook.com) or mail client (Windows live mail)?
