I've lost ALL of my contacts in Outlook.

Just noticed a day or so ago that I've lost all of my contacts/People in Outlook (I did not physically deleted them by mistake).  The Help window says to go to the People page, then in the menu bar click Manage, then click Restore Deleted Contacts.  Unfortunately, when I go into the People page, there is no MENU bar - nothing (except the funny wheel which directs me to the Help page).

    Karla, that link to the mobile site got my contacts back.    If I should lose them again, how do I get the mobile site from my pc, without your link?

    Chrisitina Bi  -  that link called 'contact recovery' gives me a 'server not found' page. 

    .

    And if it's to a page asking for all details, and last three emails, other used passwords etc then that is useless.

    As it happens a link was given by another person somewhere with a link to mobile outlook.  (Whoever thought of calling it 'outlook' should be fired.)   And this link to a mobile network (or whatever) restored my contacts.

    But this morning I had to log on when I normally stay signed in.

    This is July 2014.   My contacts have all disappeared today.    On 'People' it says there is a technical issue.   Is there?   Will the contacts be restored - or not?

    Received this private message from a Moderator - at least it's honest:

    "Hi,

    We understand that you have lost your contacts. However, the cause of this issue is still unkown on our end. Our product group is still investigating the cause of the issue. We will notify you as soon as results come up.

    Your patience is highly appreciated.

    Thank you"

    So, after all this time someone has finally admitted that they are clueless.  I guess we have no choice but to sit and wait .......................
