Just noticed a day or so ago that I've lost all of my contacts/People in Outlook (I did not physically deleted them by mistake). The Help window says to go to the People page, then in the menu bar click Manage, then click Restore Deleted Contacts. Unfortunately, when I go into the People page, there is no MENU bar - nothing (except the funny wheel which directs me to the Help page).

Why does everything have to be a "private message" This is the message board, isn't it? Other people want to know what related problems everyone else is having and also for Forum Moderator's suggestion -- so why the "private reply"????
The computer guy at our office said to try using Mozilla Firefox. He downloaded it for me and when I opened my Hotmail account using this browser, all of my contacts were there. If I open Hotmail/Outlook using Internet Explorer, then my contacts are not there. So, if you haven't already done so, trying using Mozilla.

If this can't be done(moving my contacts from People page to Outlook page) how can I send a group e-mail to all my contacts from the people page? By the way it looks you can only sed e-mails individually- I am really disappointed...I have all those folders and a record of all my sent e-mails in outlook...I don't want to switch to another e-mail so please help me restore from all this madness :)
I have an issue as well. When I tried to send an e-mail I only had 4 contacts...I used to have close to 100 contacts. Where did they go? So I saw your post and went to the people page and lo and behold there were my contacts in a list going down the left hand side. I clicked on manage and then restore deleted contacts. It says: no contacts to restore. So ok then what now? How do I move my contacts from the People page into my Outlook email page ? I can't manage having my contacts in the People page-I need them restored to my contact list in my Outlook email and I would really not want to do it one by one (estimated 88 contacts) and I shouldn't have to. This shouldn't have happened in this first place. Those are very important business contacts so you can hopefully understand my delema.
