I've lost ALL of my contacts in Outlook.

As a side point, according to my email box, I received 14 private messages yesterday, 11 at exactly the same time! Wow! Except NOT! Received one only and NONE showed up yesterday before bed. Ehat tine zone are these guys in?? Is ut funny to hit SEND 11 times to fill up the bix of someone who is disgusted with you? Or are they trying to milk this and make it LOOK LIKE they're responding hundreds of times per night? Hoping a supervisor who cares notices this!!

I provided emails that are absolutely good and was told they don't"match" Outlooks records!!! I provided more. I provifed a scren shot of ALL THREE accounts.  I was lied to (told this forum is now closed!) and referred to another page.  Then I went 5 days without contact. The other page has not contacted me at all.

I hsve requested, multiple times, PROOF that I sent bogus emails to them. No reply.

All THREE of my accounts AND my husband's are effected. This is the most bogus, misleading, professionally disgusting mess I have ever been subjected to! At least most liars will do u t to your face and give you the opportunity to talk back and prive them wrong.  Not these cowards. Hude behind a veil of"can't do anything about it...we are in control" - and then blame the 100, 000s of reported customers effected. So disgusting, immature, unprofessional.

I'm seriously considering FCC filings. This is unconscienable...apparently these folks have none.

WOW you guys are amazing I always access my email from a computer on a daily basis. I also during the day will periodically check my email on my mobile device. On September 11th I used my email on a computer not on a mobile device and sent emails and then the following day is nothing. So you've gone from it being my fault that my contacts are missing because:

1. I deleted them
2. Someone else deleted them
3. I don't know how to use the system to recover them
4. That I never had contacts to begin with
5. That it's been over 30 days since I deleted them
6. That it can be recovered if I give three addresses that were saved
7. That is can be recovered if I give another three addresses that were saved
8. That once I answer the questions that you messaged me I can get my contacts back
9. That I have an inactive account for a year

what a joke I used this email address daily and several times a day. I use it on a computer as well as on a mobile device.

Why is it that you continue to make me go around in a circle and you refuse to realize that this is an issue on your end and with your program and is not something that is my fault. You keep trying to find these insane reasons why it's my fault but refuse to actually help. Continue to send me to different people to fix my issue but will not do anything to resolve it at all. This is a joke in all ways. How can you call what you are doing fair? It's actually garbage and shows me what you think of your users and their issues.

I keep telling you fix the issue and restore my contacts. Stop passing the blame onto me for all of these absolutely ridiculous reasons. You can see that I have used and signed into my account several times a day and on computers and a mobile device.

RESTORE MY CONTACTS!!! WORST HELP EVER...SEPTEMBER 12TH ISSUE SEPTEMBER 18TH STILL GETTING THE RUN AROUND!!!
