I guess I am not making myself clear as no one has been able to answer my question so let me try this again.
I have groups (that I formed before outlook changed) Now i want to add contacts to those groups. I can pull up the groups, but only because I know the names of the groups. They do not come up on my list of email names.
I want to add new contacts to these groups but I do not have ANY "add to groups" anywhere on the 'people' page. I cannot figure out how to add new names to the group without the 'add to group' icon.
This also does not exist...... "On the top left Under the People listing All "V" the "V" is click-able,
It might say Available or Favorites," THIS IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MY PEOPLE PAGE ANYWHERE
In People window > click a contact you want to be added to the group > if you have multiple contacts to add, click the box at top left of the contact >THIS PART WORKS continue clicking the top left box of each contact you want to add to the group until you
are done> at the toolbar DO NOT HAVE TOOLBAR WITH GROUPS, click Groups > check the box in front of the group name DOES NOT APPEAR > click Apply > all the contacts you have selected are now in the group.
Note : make sure you click squarely at the check box. If you click outside the box, all previous boxes you have checked will be nullified, and you’ll have to start all over.
Any help is so greatly appreciated.
