First of all, I want to say that I was excited to see the new rebranding. I was so impressed that I switched my main email address to an Outlook.com addy.
That said, I'm having a glaring issue with the new Outlook.com Android app. I have push notifications enabled, and am frequently being told that my account requires re-login. I'm seeing this several times a day.
An added occasional issue occurs when I put in my address and password. I am told that I've attempted to login with an incorrect password too many times, and am prompted to do it again, this time with a required CAPTCHA field. It then accepts my login, where I am prompted to choose permissions, then it takes me to the app. Though it was happening every time at first, it's since started only happening about half the time. So I might have to chalk that up to fat-fingering my password out of frustration.
I've never had this problem with the stock email app. But I would rather use the Outlook.com app and take advantage of its extra features.

Please go to settings. Then look for Calendar. See all connected application. Remove Evernote selection in connected calendar. I think this is solved my problem.
Microsoft outlook rutrenly forces users to re input passwords for IMAP account and non Microsoft accounts such as gmail and yahoo, bot not Outlook or Hotmail accountd especially after upgrades. This is intentional and NOT a program error ! This is industry contemp for competors and NON Microsoft environments that you wont find with Google apps. Just like Microsoft forces apps and programs to Microsoft perfered defaults after upgrading. They will not stop these practices and ruteenly makr elaborate excuses and reinstall based fixes. If you have an Android phone use the gmail app. This will require 2 separate apps. One for MS based mail and one for your others. Quicken app for Android often request repeat password input , they are to lazy to write a finger print login option or tablet friendly scrolling and fonts. Microsoft is their own worst enemy...
