Removing Google contacts from outlook.com people

Hi,

I need to remove contacts of gmail from outlook.com people. I have posted this problem in this thread

and I was asked by Forum moderators Alden D. and John Paul M. to create a new thread so that a moderator can properly address to me. Now I am waiting for a moderator to address to me.

The problem I am facing is I am unable to remove gmail contacts from outlook.com account. Many people seems to have the same problem

    Hi DeputyDog67

    I've gone into Outlook.com contacts and I couldn't delete the Google Contacts folder. Right clicking show "manage" and then I get the offer to link my outlook account to LinkedIn... nothing else

    Should we use the IE6 trick?

    I was able to go into my Outlook Desktop today and delete my empty Google Email Folder

    Thank you for posting this.  I was able to delete my google contacts, however, I'm still unable to delete my Google contacts folder.

    I hope Microsoft updates their services as soon as possible.
