Outlook.com Calendar birthdays sync issue

I have the same problem, too.

I missed some birthdays recently.

Until the begin of June it worked fine and I got remembered for all my birthday correctly on my Lumia 920.

Then I was in Brasil using a Lumia 630 with WP 8.1 and did not care about birthdays, as I prescheduled a programmed SMS in advanced for the importan birthdays.

Now I am back and since End of July, beginning of August I realise that many birthdays are missing and the birthday calendar seems not to be reliable anymore.

Hope this issue will get solved soon...

• Account in question.
• Sample of the missing Birthday Calendar.
• Screen shot of the missing Birthday Calendar.
• Screen shot of the contact's information via People page that shows the Birthday of your contact/s.
• Were the missing Birthday Calendar came from the connected services (Facebook, Twitter and etc.)?
• Does the issue happens after refreshing your Birthday Calendar?

I understand you're having issues with your Outlook.com Birthday calendar. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Let me assist you.

This thread have multiple posts from different users. Some users stopped dead on their tracks and we weren't able to gather enough information from them. There's one user here who went through the troubles with us doing some troubleshooting and in the end, got this issue escalated.

We haven't heard form the escalations team though. 

The more info they have about this, the faster they can isolate the issue.

I have the same issue. One day I noticed some comtacts birthays are missing. This is happens for pure outlook.com contacts and contacts with linkes profiles (skype).

• adding a new birthday for a contact in the birthday calander adds a new outlook.com contact, even id the contact already exists. But a birthday is added...
• changeing the birthday of a "broken" contact does not help
• unlink "broken" contacts was not helpful

I did everytime a manual sync of thr calander (in the birthdays calander options)
