As an initial troubleshooting, we recommend you to remove and re add your account to see if the birthday entries will refresh in your Outlook.com calendar.
If same issue persist after doing the workaround, kindly get back to us and provide the following information so that we could continue to investigate your concern.
- Affected account.
- Alternate email address.
- Unique ID number of your account.
- Fiddler Trace Logs.
- Screenshot of the page in which the birthday entries of your contacts are not showing.
- Screenshot of the page of your contacts.
Please follow the steps below on how to get your Unique ID number:
- Login to this link: https://account.live.com
- Under "Account summary", click Edit personal info.
- At the very bottom you will find your Unique ID.
