My calendar has shifted all of my meetings over 1 day. For example, all of my meetings today 3/4 appear to be on 3/5 but my office still has them on 3/4. I have restarted my computer and teams and this has not been resolved. Thinking this could be a Leap Day error.

In the top right of your screen, switch your view to Day, then back to Work week. This corrected the issue for me.
I wanted to add another voice to this issue. Same as what others have said. In classic Teams, the one-day shift occurs when displaying "Week", which is my preferred view. Does not occur when displaying "Day" or "Work Week". Also does not occur in new Teams at all.
Same problem here. But wait...
Lo and behold the NEW Teams is working just fine. No calendar issues there, right, MS? Honestly, this feels like a cheap ploy to get people to adopt the new Teams.
I am glad you put the word NEW in bold. I mentioned that upgrade to new teams fixed my boss's calendar issue but I am not sure if anyone read it.
