My calendar has shifted all of my meetings over 1 day. For example, all of my meetings today 3/4 appear to be on 3/5 but my office still has them on 3/4. I have restarted my computer and teams and this has not been resolved. Thinking this could be a Leap Day error.

bingo. I'm good in anything but "week" that's the shift
Same for me, thanks for the work around! I just assumed it had something to do with Leap Year / February 29th.
It happened to me. Restart did not work.
It seems that it happens in a week view.
I changed the view from week to work week and it seems to work.

In the top right corner of your TEAMS calendar there is a drop down menu to set your calendar to "Day/Work Week/Week". Select Work Week and it will shift back.
